Sofia Solorzano works with the Maxine Hall Health Center Patient Advisory Council to make a process map regarding customer service for non-English speaking patients.

Patient Advisory Councils are a space in which patients & their families can provide their unique and invaluable perspective to clinic management, staff and providers, about how to make improvements. The San Francisco Health Network, with the goal of better serving all SFHN patients, has started a Collaborative to activate PACs at all 14 primary care sites.
