Frequently Asked Questions
If you enrolled at your clinic, you will be able to see your clinic records which include visit summaries, lab tests, radiology, medications lists, and immunizations. If you enrolled at Zuckerberg San Francisco General during a hospital stay, you will also see certain parts of your hospital record such as your discharge instructions, labs, and vital signs.
MYSFHEALTH only shows specific information. This includes medication lists, allergies, and certain test results. If you want a complete copy of your medical record, please call medical records at 415-206-8622 or go to the medical records office on the 2nd floor of Zuckerberg San Francisco General.
Currently, the messaging system is in pilot phase for certain clinics only. Check on your MYSFHEALTH home page for an updated list of clinics participating in electronic messaging with patients.
Return to the portal website mysfhealth.org. Click on the link just below the blue login button that says “Can’t access your account.” Choose the appropriate option and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with information on how to retrieve your username or password. Return to mysfhealth.org. Click on the link just below the blue login button that says “Can’t access your account.” Choose the option that says “Do not have an account.” You will then be asked to verify the same information you gave in the clinic when you registered. If the information provided matches, you will receive another email with instruction on how to create an account.If you need further help please call 415-206-2200.
Once you are signed into MYSFHEALTH, click on the link in the upper right corner with your name. You will see a drop down. Choose settings. You will then see a screen that asks you to enter your old password and then you will enter your new password twice. This process resets your password.If you need further help please call 415-206-2200.
If you have already signed up for MYSFHEALTH at your clinic, start by logging in at mysfhealth.org. On the right side of the page, you will see a section titled “Linked Accounts.” There is a gold button below labeled “Go to Account.” Click on this button and you will see any available outpatient records.If you have not signed up for MYSFHEALTH at your primary care doctor’s office or signed up in the hospital only, you will need to let your clinic know that you want to see your clinic health records as well. Check with your doctor’s office at your next visit to see if your clinic is part of MYSFHEALTH.
Any of the popular browsers should work including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. As long as your tablet or smartphone connects to the internet, you should be able to use them to use MYSFHEALTH. At this time, there is no mobile specific version of MYSFHEALTH.
