Want to change which types of email notifications your receive? Follow these instructions to change your LCR email notification settings.
- After logging in to the LCR with your provider CHN number, select Provider/User Fxns in the left menu. Then select the Verify My Data Menu and click on Verify My Data.
- To select or make changes to the notifications you receive about your patients, click on Click here to Access your DPH Notifier eMail Notification Preferences. Notifications are sent only via email.
- In the page that appears next, the types of notifications will appear for you to make or update. Please note that only providers with CHN numbers can make changes to the LCR notifications, as this is not available to other staff members.
- While you’re on the Verify My Data page, please verify or update your contact information by clicking on the “Make Changes” button on the right side of the screen to ensure that your contact information for the LCR notifications is correct. Some providers designate a staff person who has a role in care coordination to receive their LCR notifications. This may be more suitable if you or other providers in your clinic do not check email regularly.
