Who is eligible?

San Francisco residents who

  • Have a primary care doctor within our system and have Medi-Cal or Healthy Kids
    • Basic dental services covered
  • Are Healthy San Francisco participants:
    • Emergency dental care provided based on sliding scale fee schedule
  • Are children age 0-18 years who do not have a primary care doctor within our system
    • Basic and emergency dental care is covered
  • Are adults older than 18 years who do not have a primary care doctor within our system
    • Emergency dental care is covered on a sliding scale fee schedule
